Shipping FAQs

How much does it cost to ship my items?

We offer FREE STANDARD Shipping on all orders over $150*. Orders under this amount attract a shipping charge of $15 (ex GST). If you wish to have your order express shipped, you have the option at checkout to purchase EXPRESS shipping for an additional fee.

*Please note that for interststate orders we no longer ship Sanitiser from Tasmania to mainland Australia addresses. Increased costs and unreliability from courier providers have necessitated us ceasing this service. Should you be located interstate and still need our sanitiser products please email us at info@m2logistics.com.au for a quote. All of our other products are still available to interstate customers.

When will my order ship

Orders are shipped at least three times per week on Mondays (except public holidays), Wednesdays and Fridays however they are often shipped same business day.

Which Shipping providers do you use?

Orders are sent via Australia Post, Express Post, Startrack Express, Jet Courier (local Tasmanian deliveries) or Empire Couriers (local Tasmanian deliveries). Please note that we are unable to send more than 500mL of our hand sanitiser  to interstate addrresses via standard or express post. Any quantities greater than 500mL are required to be sent as a dangerous good via Startrack Express. This may result in a slightly longer delivery time.

Can I purchase your products in local retailers?

For retail purchases, some items on our site are available from these retailers which include  'The Importer' stores located in Launceston (ph (03) 6331 8288), Kingston (ph (03) 6229 1288) and Cooee (ph (03) 6432 4211)

Some other retailers around Tasmania do stock our items. If you are a retailer wanting to stock our items, then please email us at orders@m2logistics.com.au for pricing and availability.

Can I pick up my order?

At this time we DO NOT offer pickup of orders. If you wish to collect items, you can do so at our partner retail locations.
